With more than 18 years of experience spanning hospitality, sales, and entrepreneurship, Natalie brings a unique combination of hands-on industry knowledge, business acumen, and relationship-building expertise. Beginning her career in hospitality and advancing to General Manager of a high-volume restaurant, she developed a deep understanding of operations, team leadership, profitability, and restaurant openings. Natalie later transitioned into hospitality sales, managing hundreds of accounts, consistently exceeding sales goals, and helping clients successfully launch and equip new locations. She expanded her entrepreneurial experience by building and managing an e-commerce business from the ground up, overseeing suppliers, inventory, marketing, logistics, and financials. Throughout her career, she has built lasting client relationships by understanding customers’ needs and delivering thoughtful solutions. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family—especially on the beach—and cherishes watching her son discover new things. In her free time, she enjoys drawing portraits, dancing, playing poker, snowboarding, and scuba diving, a new passion she recently discovered after becoming certified.
