Monica brings nearly 15 years of experience in the foodservice industry, where she thrives on building strong relationships with end users and operators. Her focus is on educating customers, promoting our product lines, and supporting clients in reaching their goals. Monica’s diverse background includes serving as Director of Apprenticeship for the ACF Colorado Chefs Association and several years as a manufacturers' representative. She holds a degree in Management with a minor in Marketing from Oklahoma State University. In addition to her sales and marketing expertise, Monica plays a key role in coordinating events and assisting with social media. Known for her infectious energy and positive attitude, she’s a source of motivation and enthusiasm for both clients and colleagues alike.
