Jeremy is a Culinary Arts graduate from the Art Institute of Colorado, and has a BS in Food Science from KSU. With over a quarter of a century in large independent and corporate operations as well as almost a decade in food sales, Jeremy has a passion for teaching people and solving problems, paired with the calmness that can only come from a Chef who has worked in a busy, fast environment directing traffic to execute consistent successful dining experiences night after night. He is active in industry organizations giving back to the community. In his off time, you might find Jeremy in the middle of a river in the Rockies with his dog Bodhi impatiently waiting on the shore.
