Born and raised on Puget Sound in Washington state, Susan offers 30 years of experience in the restaurant business. Susan gained her masters from Cornell University in Hotel and Restaurant Management, and has a diverse background of culinary skills, customer service, marketing, and sales experience. She built out her own eatery and catering company where she set a high standard of excellence in productivity and profitability. Susan is also a member of the James Beard Foundation.
